These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cloudkeep Rivals ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Cloudkeep Rivals is a fantasy strategy game with account, cloud save, progression, roster, battle, shop, and in-app purchase features.

You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must not:

• use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the app or related services in a harmful or unauthorized way
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, purchases, cloud saves, or data
• exploit bugs, purchase flows, cloud save behavior, rewards, or progression systems in bad faith
• use automation, modified clients, tampered local data, or replayed purchase data to gain unfair advantage

We may suspend, restrict, correct, or remove access where misuse, fraud, cheating, abuse, or security concerns are reasonably detected.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cloudkeep Rivals, unless a higher minimum age applies in your country or region.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Cloud Save

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device access secure.

Cloud save is provided to help restore progress across supported devices. Cloud save availability depends on account status, network availability, platform services, and server operation. We may validate, sanitize, reject, correct, or restore save data to protect game balance, purchases, and account integrity.

4. In-App Purchases

Cloudkeep Rivals may offer consumable and non-consumable in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store.
